I'm Sarah Of Duchy Designs Home Spa & Duchy Holistics. 

Allow me to tell you a little about myself and how I came to launch Duchy Designs Home Spa. 

Having completed an Art and Design diploma at Norwich school of Art & Design, I then went on to study B.A Fine Art at Northampton University.

I previously worked as a portrait photographer before launching Duchy Designs in May 2020.

I have studied & completed a series of accredited, certified holistic Diplomas ~ Aromatherapy, Body Healing With Crystals, Usui Reiki 1 & 2, Sound Healing, Luxury Facial, Luxury Holistic Facial, Anatomy & physiology, Chakra & Aura Healing, Energy anatomy & crystal healing practitioner.

I'm completing Usui Reiki Master & other holistic courses later in the year.

Having had an interest in Aromatherapy, phytotherapy & crystals all my life.

I decided to take the plunge to start Duchy Designs Home Spa after my mum sadly died. 

My Mum suffered so terribly with conditions such as arthritis & fibromyalgia and so I wanted to be able to help others who suffer in pain like she did.

My daughter suffered terribly with eczema from just a young child and I found that most creams she was prescribed contained alcohol shockingly.

As a result I created our Aromatherapy
Sea mineral Bath Salts & Cleansing & Rescue Balm~ with ingredients which are proven to reduce pain and swelling in the body and soothe dry skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.

Suffering with my mental health, myself, I found the wonderful healing benefits of aromatherapy oils and precious stones. 

With the addition of moon charged precious stones infusing a-lot of our products, with an array of benefits for mind, body and soul. 

I curated a collection to match our ever changing moods alongside the lunar cycle.

I have made a line of natural, clean beauty & wellness products, free from preservatives, alcohol, water and man made fragrances.

Most importantly remaining ethical, cruelty free & eco friendly. 

Duchy Designs prides itself on producing carefully crafted handmade, fresh, products which are not only natural, organic & cruelty free but ideal for the most sensitive of skins whilst remaining ethically sourced. 

Duchy Designs is registered on medic pro in the cosmetics category.

I was invited to write an article about cleansing & charging crystals in the August 2021 issue.

An article about connecting to your spirituality in the January 2022 issue & an article about Self Love in their February 2022 issue.

Duchy Designs has also been regularly featured in ~

North Norfolk Living Magazines Gift guide since December 2020.

In a beauty recommendation by Beauty Editor Harriet Cooper in the early summer issue of North Norfolk Living Magazine 2021 & spring edition 2022.

Harriet is also writing a feature about Duchy Holistics in the 2023 Spring edition.
